# review.created

> A review task was created, or reset to pending for a new round. `data.decision` is null.

Sent when a run's [review](/nodes/review) node creates a review task, and again when a task is reset to pending for a new `round`. `decision` is always `null` here. [Get the review task](/api-reference/get-review-task) (`reviews:read`) for its fields.
